We understand that sometimes things happen and life gets in the way, which is why we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made after this 12 hour period you will be charged 50% of your booking total.
We have zero tolerance for no-show clients. You will be charged 100% of your booking total if you do not arrive to your appointment without notifying us beforehand. Late cancellations and no-show clients will be restricted from future bookings until the missed appointment is paid.
Clients who are late to their appointment will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price and treatment will not run later than their booked time.
