Balance Remedial is an independently run remedial massage therapy service located within Soul Movement Studio in Para Hills West, South Australia.

It is our mission to offer an alternative option for pain management, injury prevention and care. We provide  personalised treatments through remedial massage therapy to cater to each individual, and their health and wellness needs.

Our goal ultimately is to improve the quality of life by assisting the body's natural healing process through techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping and PNF stretching.
